Enjoy this quiet, luxurious and cozy ground-floor unit. This space can host up to 6 persons or just one. There is high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, An in-unit washer & dryer at no extra cost, and all the amenities you would expect in a cozy home. The unit is upscale and secure within walking distance to restaurants, shopping centers, and the location offers many delivery options. Nearby attractions like Bob Marley Museum and others are easily accessible. Parking is available at no extra cost.
This area and property is not in New Kingston or Halfway tree, it is a quiet street in an upcoming community. The building does not have a lobby or front desk, but 4 separate residences and 3 other smaller buildings are on the property occupied by their owners. Therefore sharing of parking and driveway is expected. Our street is not a Main Street or a luxurious area, quietness and privacy plus easy access by car is guaranteed. Our neighbors have children so please expect to hear children occasionally and please plan to respect the community.
The front parking is shared and 1 visitor car can park there temporarily. Separate from your allotted parking which is in front of the unit.
You can rent a car from the airport, small car rentals, you can use taxi and now in Jamaica Uber. Additionally, you can book a dedicated driver with us subject to availability. (Just indicate in your message)
Guests will have their privacy. Sometimes I will be available in person otherwise my co-host will take care of any issues and I am just a phone call or message away. Guests will always have their privacy.
Our property is located near the Super Value Towne Centre with nice dine-in eateries, the Cafe Blue (local rival to Starbucks). There is also convenient fast food like Domino Pizza, Wendy’s, and more. By car, you can visit the Bob Marley Museum and a bunch of other attractions within or near Kingston.
This area is not near hotels or the beach.
The space is contemporary.
The hot water is in the laundry, the light should be on.

Please turn off the Acs when not in use, that is when you are leaving the room or premises. By doing that you help us to continue offering this immaculate space with all these comfortable amenities.
Each unit is provided with parking for 1 car in-front of their unit. Your drive- in visitor may visit and park on the bricked area at the front temporarily as that area is shared for 4 buildings on the property.
