Come enjoy this contemporary cozy quiet space. This space can host up to 5 persons or just one. There is high-speed Wifi, air conditioning, an in-unit washer & dryer, and all the amenities you would expect in a cozy home. While we are not in the city center, the unit is upscale and secure within walking distance to restaurants, shopping centers, and the location offers many delivery options. Nearby attractions like Bob Marley Museum and others are easily accessible. Free parking is available.
We only have parking for 1 car per unit and allow short visit parking for another car, as all our parking is shared.
You will get in by remote access and open the unit door using the code or app provided in your confirmation message. You can get around the neighborhood by walking, driving your rental car, or calling a cab. Uber is very reliable in this part of Jamaica.
Transportation options are readily available during your stay. You may rent a car directly from the airport or through one of the local car rental companies. Taxis and ride-sharing services, including Uber, are also available in Jamaica.
For added convenience, we also have rental vehicles available for our guests. If you are interested, please request a vehicle at the time of booking, as availability is limited.
Additionally, we can arrange a dedicated driver for your stay, subject to availability. Simply indicate your interest in your booking message, and we will be happy to assist.
Our interactions with guests are generally limited to respect your privacy and allow you to enjoy your stay independently. However, you may see members of our team on the property during your visit, and they will be happy to assist if you have any questions or need help.

This property is located on a quiet street in the sought-after Constant Spring belt, near schools, eateries, and grocers. The unit is part of a multi-residence complex with 4 separate residences and 3 smaller buildings on the property, all occupied by their owners. While some parking areas and driveways are shared, each residence maintains its own privacy and personal space.
The building does not have a lobby or front desk, as this is a private residential community rather than a hotel-style property. Our street is not a main road or luxury neighborhood, but it offers peace, privacy, and easy access by car.
The community is family-oriented, so you may occasionally hear children playing or neighbors’ dogs barking from time to time, adding to the natural everyday atmosphere of the area. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of the community and neighbors during their stay.

The hot water is in the laundry, the light should be on.
Please turn off the Acs when you leave the room or premises. By doing that, you help us keep this immaculate space with all these comfortable amenities.
Each unit is provided with parking for 1 car in front of their unit. Your drive-in visitor may visit and park in the brick area at the front temporarily, as that area is shared for 4 buildings on the property.
