You will get in by remote access and open the unit door using the code or app provided in your confirmation message. You can get around the neighborhood by walking, driving your rental car, or calling a cab. Uber is very reliable in this part of Jamaica.
Transportation options are readily available during your stay. You may rent a car directly from the airport or through one of the local car rental companies. Taxis and ride-sharing services, including Uber, are also available in Jamaica.
For added convenience, we also have rental vehicles available for our guests. If you are interested, please request a vehicle at the time of booking, as availability is limited.

The unit is part of a multi-residence complex with 4 separate residences and 3 smaller buildings on the property, all occupied by their owners. While some parking areas and driveways are shared, each residence maintains its own privacy and personal space.
The building does not have a lobby or front desk, as this is a private residential community rather than a hotel-style property. Our street is not a main road or luxury neighborhood, but it offers peace, privacy, and easy access by car.
The community is family-oriented, so you may occasionally hear children playing or neighbors’ dogs barking from time to time, adding to the natural everyday atmosphere of the area. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of the community and neighbors during their stay.

Each apartment includes a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, along with a second bedroom featuring a queen bed and twin/twin bunk beds. The open-concept living area and fully equipped kitchen provide ample space for relaxation, and each apartment also has its own balcony or patio.
Ideal for those attending off-site events like weddings, bridal and bachelor parties, nine-night celebrations, funerals, prayer groups, workshops, conferences, or countryside getaways, offering both spacious accommodations and privacy for your group.

Both units have instant hot water. In Unit 2C, the hot water system has a touchscreen and may need to be reactivated after a power outage or fluctuation. To activate the system, simply touch the screen and adjust the temperature to your desired level.
The apartments are strictly non-smoking. Any smoking smell or smoke residue inside the apartment will incur a cleaning fee of $250 to cover wall washing, AC filter cleaning, ozonation, and other measures to remove smoke irritants.
Missing or damaged items will incur a replacement or repair fee. A surcharge will be applied for any additional guests beyond the number stated in the reservation.
Please park only on the bricked area, with a maximum of 2 cars at any time. A 3rd car may be negotiable.
The oven requires a lighter (provided).
Please respect quiet hours: no noise after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM. If playing music inside, ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked.
