Access is granted after reservation is paid in full. You will use an app or reach out our staff to open the gate the first time, then use remote provided to enter and exit the main gate. The door is manned by a smart lock, the code will be provided after confirmation of your booking and will work for the duration of your stay. Check in is often contactless.
Car & Taxi is best. Uber is now available and convenient especially if you have always used Uber in your home country.

The open-concept living area and fully equipped kitchen provide ample space for relaxation, and each apartment also has its own balcony or patio.

Both units have instant hot water. In Unit 2C, the hot water system has a touchscreen and may need to be reactivated after a power outage or fluctuation. To activate the system, simply touch the screen and adjust the temperature to your desired level.
The apartments are strictly non-smoking. Any smoking smell or smoke residue inside the apartment will incur a cleaning fee of $250 to cover wall washing, AC filter cleaning, ozonation, and other measures to remove smoke irritants.
Missing or damaged items will incur a replacement or repair fee. A surcharge will be applied for any additional guests beyond the number stated in the reservation.
Please park only on the bricked area, with a maximum of 2 cars at any time. A 3rd car may be negotiable.
The oven requires a lighter (provided).
Please respect quiet hours: no noise after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM. If playing music inside, ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked.
