Our property can accommodate two families or groups at the same time. As a result, the pool, gym, games room, garage, and outdoor areas are shared spaces for all guests.
We kindly ask that all guests respect one another, follow the house rules, and leave all shared areas clean and tidy after use.
Please note that guests staying in the downstairs unit are not permitted to access the staircase or any upper-level areas, as these are reserved exclusively for guests in the upstairs unit.
The games room is available for everyone to enjoy. When it is not in use, please leave it vacant to help minimize noise and avoid disturbing guests in the upstairs unit.
Your designated covered parking space is Garage 1. Additional parking is available in the yard, provided the garages are not blocked, or on the street where permitted. Please note that any vehicles parked on the street are parked at the owner’s risk, and we cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage, theft, or incidents involving those vehicles.
